Generated text
Text you generate is yours. You may use it anywhere, for any purpose, without attribution. FontGenerate makes no claim to the text you enter or the results you copy.
You are responsible for the text you enter and for where you use the results. Do not use the service to create text that impersonates others, evades moderation, or violates the rules of the platform where you paste it.
No guarantees
The service is provided as-is. Unicode characters are rendered by the device and application that display them, so we cannot guarantee that a style will appear the same everywhere, that a platform will accept it, or that assistive technology will read it as intended. Compatibility ratings are our best assessment, not a promise.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or remove styles and features at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at volume, or use automated tools that place unreasonable load on it. Do not reproduce the site or its style collection as a competing product. Do not use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content.
Intellectual property
The FontGenerate name, logo, interface, and written content are owned by FontGenerate. The Unicode characters themselves are defined by the Unicode Standard and are not owned by anyone.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FontGenerate is not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or of generated text, including text that displays incorrectly, is rejected by a platform, or is misread by software.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of the page reflects the last change.
